Well, I woke up late and and missed half of my first class because I hit a great part in the book a i was reading. I just love Margaret Atwood novels, she's so beyond talented that words just fail to describe her. I'm currently reading The Blind Assassin, and now do I ever love Iris's little derranged world. I want a guy to create an alternate reality with!
Other than missing half of my first lecture and being rather groggy and tired the rest of the day, I'm in a pretty good mood and had a tolerable week. Though I have to admit that I'm very glad tomorrow's Friday, because I don't think I could stand much more of this week. A nice break is looking awfully great right about now.
Found a cute little memegen thing today. I thought I'd just fill it out and, wow it's cool. I just love these things!
Also found a very interesting SS/HP fic. The whole Harry is a prostitute thing is done to death, but this is a rather good take on it. Nothing overly original, but still nicely written and a very well done job of the characterization of Snape. He's not too soft, not too hard, just nice in the middle, where I like Sevie to be. Oh, wow I'm so excited! I just saw the new Lord of the Rings commercial! Man, this is wonderful, I just can't wait to go and see the movie. I just love those books and I think the director did a superb job of converting them into movies. I can't wait to see Mount Doom!
Today was actually exceptable, and with Christmas dawning closer and closer I'm getting very hyper about leaving school for home. I can't wait to see the family and get away from my icky dorm room and annoying room mates. I just want to go and chill away from everything stressful and have some nice family and internet time.
Billboard music awards are on tonight, so that's something I'm going to be watching. Hee hee, Clay Aiken's on them. Yeah for Clay. You just got to love that kid, but I do wish he'd just come out of the closet and be done with it.

Love, well it's never been my thing, like ever, not so much because of lack of interest on the guys part, but on mine. So it's just my luck that when I finally really start to fall for a guy, and I mean seriously crushing here, it turns out he's gay. I don't mean bisexual, with a slight tendancy here and there, he's completely and utterly gay, which leaves me with two options. One I could just forget about the guy and get over it without much mess. Or two I could get a sex change. As ill as the second makes me, I've been without a guy for so long, I'm starting to seriously considerate it. *Sigh* I guess I'll just have to live with my being a female, what with the lack of money and expenses of sex changes.

Man, that was a horrid day, and I'm not joking at all. I'm so angry with the Professors, one in particular, he's such as asshole! Sometimes I just want to quit school and move under a bridge for the rest fo my life. But then I'd have no internet and I would never live through that.
At least I found the most erotic piece of work I've seen in a while. You all ahve to check out this piece right here It's no work or school safe, so no checking out in public offices or libraries!
Also read the most disturbing and yet entertaining AD/HP fic ever, located here. Usually I don't read this pairing, but I decided to give it a try and wow, was I surprised. Seriously, it's just a short little fic, but the impact is huge. It's weird and slightly frightening, but I have a new found liking to this pairing and I think I may check more out soon. So if anyone has any good AD/HP recs out there, they would be very appreciated.
Also my upcoming sequel to 'In my Father's Shoes' has now been named 'Golden Chain' and the first chapter in complete. Oh, I'm so glad that it's the weekend! This week seemed so long, it just went on forever and never ended, but at least it's done now and I have two whole days of relaxing with no worries. Yeah, I have a huge amount of homework, studying and reading to do, but I'm not worrying about that tonight, I'm just chilling and hanging with the girls in my dorm.
We rented Dare Devil and I must say that I find Colin Ferral (is that how you spell his name?) extremely attractive in his bad guy outfit, but that's just screwed up me, isn't it?
So two weeks from today I get to go home because of Christmas holidays! I'm so happy I get to see my cat again. I've missed my poor baby kitten. The last time I was home he was sick and had to go to the vet's, but my Mom swears he's made a full recovery, so I'm no longer worried.
Today I found a great comic by glockgal Man, oh man, I wish I had an inch of her talent. Seriously, I'm impressed and art doesn't do that to me as much as writing does.
I also discovered a little site I never knew existed before. Well, I should say little, because it has quite the archieve going on. It's a Snape/Neville site, that only has this couple featured. Here's the link if anyone's interested. I've been going through a few of the fics and there is a number of ones worth reading. I'd check it out if anyone else out there has this little kink too.

So today I was going work a little more on my sequel to 'In my Father's Shoes' but I'm a little short on time because of my tutoring job in about an hour and a huge amount of reading I need to do for my English literature class.
Last night I read so much of the book I was listed to read. I think I did over 250 pages in only an hour and a half, which is quite a lot for me, being a very slow reader. So at least I don't have to worry much about that until the weekend.

So today was okay, but tomorrow's looking horrible. I have three make-up tests to write because I was ill last week. On the bright side I bought pirates of the Carribbean today, so I'm planning on watching that soon. You just got to love Johnny Depp as a pirate.

Well after an extremely busy weekend, I logged on and started going through a few updated journals, when maeglinyedi's little number hit me. Wow, believe me when I say you all have to check this story out. It's quite possibly the hottest thing I've read in a long while. It's on here journal. It's called of Wolf and Men, just in case you don't know which of her wonderful stories I'm referring to.

I saw the Disney's Haunted Mansion in theatres today. I found it entertaining regardless of the reviews it got. Okay, so there were a few plot holes, and the backround music was a little overdone. It doesn't make a differance, it's a Disney movie, it's supposed to be over the top! I liked it anyway, as did all my buds who I saw it with, so it's recommended! I saw the add for the new Peter Pan movie today with Jason Isaacs. Oh dear, I'm drooling already! I can't wait to see it, it looks so wonderful! Completely on my to see list for this winter.

So today officially sucks. I have to tutor a the girl across the street from me in math. It's a little extra cash to go around, and it's not hard, she's only in grade seven. But the thing is, she's really stupid. I know it's harsh, but she gets to me so much. Some times I think she's doing it just to annoy me.
